R-Live Game Common Rules

All results in the game follow the basic rules of Texas Hold'em.
Rule 1. If a player folds three consecutive times without selecting a betting action, they will be removed from the seat.
Rule 2. Users are responsible for any disconnections due to their internet connection.
Rule 3. If disconnected, all placed bets remain valid and will be settled based on the game result. In case of a void game, the bet amount will be returned.

R-Live Hold'em is a real-time play and live dealers. Aim to create the best five-card poker hand using hole and community cards.

How to Play
1. Join a Table:
- Choose a table with your preferred blinds.
- Wait for the next hand.
2. Betting Rounds:
- Pre-flop: Receive two hole cards. Betting starts with the player to the left of the big blind.
- Flop: Three community cards are dealt face-up. Betting continues.
- Turn: A fourth community card is dealt. Another round of betting follows.
- River: A fifth community card is dealt. Final round of betting.
3. Winning the Hand:
- The best five-card poker hand using any combination of hole and community cards wins the pot.

1. To play the R-Live Hold’em, a minimum internet speed of 20MBps is required, with 50MBps being recommended for optimal performance.
2. In the event of disconnection from the game table, all placed bets by the player remain valid and will be settled accordingly based on the result of the game. However, in the case of void game as result of the irregularities outlined above, the bet amount will be returned to the player upon settlement. The player can review the betting results in the Game History window upon reconnection.
3. If a disconnection occurs during a game, a bad connection icon appears at the players position and the players hand is automatically folded moving them to the lobby.
4. The R-Live is not responsible for any misplaced bets as a result of internet service disruptions and disconnectivity.
Process of Inactive account
1. If player does not login for a continuous period of (1) year since the last login, that account will be categorized as an inactive account and shall be suspended accordingly. Player may request to lift the suspension by sending a request to our Customer Support Live Chat or email at customerservice@rlivegame.net.
2. If the account remains inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months since the last account login date, R-Live reserves the right to closed the account with the remaining balance subject to forfeiture. All proceeds collected as a result of forfeiture shall be disposed in accordance with law. Account closure shall be undertaken thereafter.
3. Before closing the inactive account, R-Live shall use all reasonable means to contact the Player.
Reasons of suspension, termination closure or forfeiture of account
1. If a person plays a game with two or more accounts and is caught playing, the E-mail ID is blocked without notification.
2. Your registration information is incorrect or misleading.
3. You failed to provide the identification information being requested.
4. You are not of legal age (you must 21 years of age or older or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)
5. You are depositing money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorized activities.
6. We identify that you have disguised, interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, with the IP address on any Device used to access our website.
7. We suspect you have, or in collusion with others, acted in an attempt to defraud R-Live Hold’em.
